Chris Pratt’s new fantasy movie continues to soar on streaming, and it has just passed an impressive milestone, doing so at the perfect time for the actor. Pratt is an actor who has become a huge part of many major franchises. He starred in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, also appearing in other entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Beyond the fact that Marvel has already confirmed that Star-Lord will return to the MCU, Pratt could also make a comeback to the Jurassic World franchise after leading a trilogy of dinosaur movies. Pairing the actor with Scarlett Johansson would be fitting.

Those two historical franchises are not the only ones in Pratt’s long list of movies. The actor also plays a key role in a Prime Video action thriller universe, leading The Terminal List and guest starring in The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. In the animated realm, Pratt has also found immense box office success. The popular actor is the voice behind the title character in The Garfield Movie, with Pratt also serving as the voice of Emmet Brickowski in The Lego Movie and its sequel. After portraying Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Pratt’s The Super Mario Galaxy Movie hits a streaming milestone.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie has hit the milestone of 100 days on Fandango At Home’s Top 10, according to data from FlixPatrol. The feat would be impressive on its own merits, but it becomes even bigger when taking into account the strong competition that the animated hit faces on the chart. Not only has The Super Mario Galaxy Movie hit 100 days on Fandango At Home’s Top 10, but it is currently the 6th most-watched movie on the chart. The animated sequel leaves behind movies like Oppenheimer, Borderlands, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and Michael.

Sure, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie might have passed $1 billion at the box office, but the Michael Jackson biopic also did so, and Christopher Nolan’s *Oppenheimer *got incredibly close to doing it. Both of those also had audience scores in the 90% range on Rotten Tomatoes, while Pratt’s fantasy movie is at 87%. As such, the competition on the chart is fierce, making the fact that The Super Mario Galaxy Movie has held on to the Top 10 for so long a massive feat. Right now, it only ranks lower than Toy Story 5, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and a couple more.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’s new streaming milestone cements Pratt’s star power when it comes to the medium. This comes at the perfect time, as the actor will soon see the debut of *The Terminal List *season 2, which releases on Prime Video on October 21. The TV show could not be more different from The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, being a gritty TV-MA live-action action thriller series versus an animated fantasy movie. However, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’s continued streaming success is just the kind of boost that Pratt needs to keep ruling the medium with his returning Prime Video series.
