Where the jokes are often cringe, and the fashion is questionable. That’s right, it’s time for the 78th Annual Emmy Awards. Hosted this year by NBC’s own treasure, Mariska Hargitay, the broadcast may be just the thing to celebrate the network’s 100th anniversary. This concludes the two-part ceremony that began last week. Prizes went to Shailene Woodley and Betty Gilpin for their guest roles on Paradise and Widow’s Bay, respectively, while the beloved Rob Reiner was granted a posthumous award for The Bear.
The awards show will conclude tonight with The Pitt, Hacks, and Widow’s Bay all vying for recognition and acclaim. Stay tuned as Collider commemorates the highs, lows, and everything in between. It is television’s biggest night (part two), and there is no better place to be.
